Wow! What a wonderful experience in purchasing a car! The showroom was nice, bright, clean with refreshments (coffee, soft drinks, bottled water, chips and cookies) to help ease the anxiety of purchasing a car and pass some time while paperwork is completed. The entire staff was friendly and spoke with me, even a simply Hello! The entire process was easy and our sales person, Rami, was extremely knowledgeable of the car, helpful and reassuring during the process. If you are looking for a new, used or certified car you MUST stop in Rocky Mount Toyota first! This dealership and entire car buying experience was absolutely fantastic! The ladies that made my appointment were so nice even after I had to call back to reschedule when my schedule changed. Great customer from the service center too. Checking in was effortless and a clean and useful waiting area. I was able to get some work completed because of WiFi and a place to stretch out with my laptop and files and before I knew it my car was done. Everyone was great.

This was by far the best experience that I have ever had purchasing a car from a dealer. They were extremely helpful and patient as we worked to gather any information throughout the process. The Assistant and Sales Manager seemed to be looking to my interest rather than their own which made the decision to do business with them easier than ever before. To top things off I'm located in another state and because of my unavailability to pick up the car, the staff chose to deliver the vehicle! SERVICE! Again, I couldn't thank the team enough there were tremendous and if I ever have to purchase another vehicle I know where I will be going.
